Raymond passed away quietly on Thursday 22nd May 2025 at Astbury Mere Care Home surrounded by his loving family, aged 94.

The cherished husband of Marie, loving father to Andrew, Jill & Stephen, much loved Grandad to Michael, David & Charlie and Great Grandad to Louie.

Raymond will be lovingly remembered for his strength of character and words of wisdom and will be sadly missed by everyone who knew him.

The funeral will be held at Bradwell Crematorium, at 10:40am on Friday 27th June 2025 following with a wake at Congleton Golf club from 12.00pm. Will friends please accept this notice as an invitation to join us in celebrating Raymond’s life.

The family are truly grateful for all the kind messages of condolences and cards that have been sent in Raymond’s memory.

We request that instead of flowers, donations can be made to Dementia UK. A donation box will be available at the service, however donations can be sent via the funeral directors.
