Steve passed away peacefully on Tuesday 25th June 2024 at home surrounded by his loving family, aged 76.  

The cherished husband of Maureen, much loved father of Richard, Caroline and Laura, and Grandad of Oliver and Eliza.  

Steve will be lovingly remembered for his devotion to his family, sense of humour, words of wisdom and kindness.  He will be sadly missed by everyone who knew him. 

The funeral will be held at St Mary’s Church, Astbury, at 11am on Tuesday 16th July 2024. Will friends please accept this notice as an invitation to join us in celebrating Steve’s life. 

The family are truly grateful for all the kind messages of condolences and cards that have been sent in Steve’s memory. They would also like to thank the Cardiac Team at Macclesfield Hospital, Macmillan Nurses, District Nurses and Care Team. 

We request that instead of flowers, donations can be made to The British Heart Foundation. A donation box will be available at the service, however donations can be sent via the funeral directors.
