With great sadness, the family share that Roy peacefully passed away on Thursday 4 June 2026 at Clayton Manor Care Home. He received the rites of the Holy Catholic Church, and we pray for the peaceful repose of his soul. R.I.P.

The dearly loved and devoted partner of Una, a dear brother to Brenda, a loving uncle, great uncle and a dear friend.

The funeral service is to take place at St Mary’s Roman Catholic Church on Tuesday 23rd June 2026 at 12.30pm prior to committal at Birches Crematorium.

The family are truly grateful for all the kind messages of condolences and cards that have been sent in Roy’s memory.

We request that instead of flowers, donations can be made to The Christie Charity. A donation box will be available at the service, however donations can be sent via the funeral directors.
