After a brief illness, Bob, aged 84, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family and friends, on Monday 1st December 2025.

The cherished husband of Violet, loving pops/dad to Jay & Alan, respected father-in-law to Paul & Donna, much loved Grandad of Freyja and Charley, and friend to many.

Bob was a real character who will be fondly remembered for his bubbly personality, his energy, his friendly smile, and his ability to be able to mend most things! He will be sadly missed by everyone who knew him.

The funeral will be held at Key Green Methodist Church, Congleton, at 11am on Friday 2nd January 2026. Will friends please accept this notice as an invitation to join us in celebrating Bob’s life.

The family are truly grateful for all the kind messages and cards that have been sent in Bob’s memory.

We request that instead of flowers, donations be made to Macmillan Cancer Support. A donation box will be available at the service. Donations can also be sent via the funeral directors.
