Phil passed away peacefully on Monday 9th September 2024 at East Cheshire Hospice, aged 78.

The cherished husband of Sheila, loving father to Eddie, Sharon and Susie and much-loved grandad of Dan, Amy, Sophie, Grace and Holly.

Phil will be lovingly remembered for his warm personality, friendly smile and strength of character and will be sadly missed by everyone who knew him.

The funeral will be held at Macclesfield Crematorium at 3.30pm on Wednesday 2nd October 2024. Will friends please accept this notice as an invitation to join us in celebrating Phil’s life.

The family are truly grateful for all the kind messages of condolences and cards that have been sent in Phil’s memory.

We request that instead of flowers, donations can be made to Bowel Cancer UK and East Cheshire Hospice. A donation box will be available at the service, however donations can be sent via the funeral directors.
