Margaret passed away peacefully on Monday 17th February 2025 in the care of Priesty Fields Nursing home surrounded by her loving family, aged 92.

The cherished wife of the late Alex Burton, she was a wonderful mother, grandma and great grandma.

Margaret will be remembered for her warmth and kindness. Her love of family, her joy for life and her faith in people. She was at the heart of every family gathering and will be sadly missed by everyone who knew her.

The funeral will be held at Congleton United Reformed Church, at 1pm on Thursday 20th March 2025. Will friends please accept this notice as an invitation to join us in celebrating Margaret’s life.

The family are truly grateful for all the kind messages of condolences and cards that have been sent in Margaret’s memory.

We request that instead of flowers, donations can be made to Alzheimer’s Society. A donation box will be available at the service, however donations can be sent via the funeral directors.
