Granville passed away peacefully on Tuesday 24th March 2026 at his home of 63 years surrounded by his loving family, aged 93.

The cherished husband of Raye, loving dad to Julie & Martin, much loved Grandad of Dave, Kelly & Laura and great grandad to Arthur & Sadie.

Granville will be lovingly remembered for his kindness to everyone, his wonderful smile and great sense of humour but mostly for the love of his family. He will be sadly missed by everyone who knew him.

The funeral will be held at Birches Crematorium, Northwich, at 10.45am on Friday 17th April 2026. Will friends please accept this notice as an invitation to join us in celebrating Granville’s life.

The family are truly grateful for all the kind messages of condolences and cards that have been sent in Granville’s memory.

We request that instead of flowers, donations can be made to Marie Curie Hospice at Home. A donation box will be available at the service, however donations can be sent via the funeral directors.
