Brian passed away peacefully on Wednesday 16th July 2025 at Macclesfield District General Hospital, aged 86.

The cherished husband of the late Brenda, loving dad to Leslie, Debbie & Chris, dear father-in-law to Joyce, and much loved Grandad of Kathryn, Megan & Daniel.

Brian will be lovingly remembered for his sense of humour, strength of character, words of wisdom and will be sadly missed by everyone who knew him.

The funeral will be held at Macclesfield Crematorium, at 10am on Friday 1st August 2025. Will friends please accept this notice as an invitation to join us in celebrating Brian’s life.

The family are truly grateful for all the kind messages of condolences and cards that have been sent in Brian’s memory.

We request that instead of flowers, donations can be made to Cancer Research UK. A donation box will be available at the service, however donations can be sent via the funeral directors.
