Ray passed away peacefully aged 82, on Thursday 25th September 2025 Macclesfield District General Hospital surrounded by his loving family.

The cherished husband of the late Kathleen, loving dad to Jane, Ian & Helen. Much loved Grandad of James, Ellie, Joshua, Harry, and dear brother to Joan

Ray will be lovingly remembered for his sense of humour, warm personality, friendly smile, and unassuming nature. He will be sadly missed by everyone who knew him.

The funeral will be held at Birches Crematorium, Northwich, at 2pm on Friday 17th October 2025. Will friends please accept this notice as an invitation to join us in celebrating Ray’s life.

The family are truly grateful for all the kind messages of condolences and cards that have been sent in Ray’s memory.

We request that instead of flowers, donations can be made to Parkinson’s UK. A donation box will be available at the service, however donations can be sent via the funeral directors.
