(along with all subsidiaries, affiliates, successors and assigns thereof, referred to hereinafter collectively as “Larvin & Clegg ”, "we", "our" and/or "us"), our websites and services. Larvin & Clegg offers an online memorial / obituary service and provide details of upcoming funerals.  At funeral arrangement we offer the opportunity to make all services private. However if you wish to use these services, you are deemed to have given permission for personal data pertaining to a deceased person, to be published on our web site and any 3rd party affiliate web sites.

What Information Is Collected
We don’t use tracking cookies, or retrieve data from our web site, We do however gather data via telephone, fax, messenger services, electronic mail, or otherwise. For example, this information may be collected when you contact us to arrange a funeral.

Contact Information
We collect and retain personal contact information that you submit to us voluntarily and this includes, but is not limited to, your name, mailing address, telephone number, and e-mail address. We may also ask for personal information regarding to a person who had passed away. This may include the deceased usual G.P and other very personal information. This information may include, but is not limited to a full name and mailing address. Such contact information may be used, for example, to communicate with you when necessary with respect to arranging the collection of a deceased person from a home address, hospice or hospital. Additionally, we may collect contact information provided to us during any correspondence relating to products and services offered on our websites

Financial Information: 
We collect and retain certain financial information from when you agree to engage and utilise our services. For example, paying for disbursements in relation to funeral activities provided by Larvin & Clegg , we may require you to provide a debit or credit card number and billing address before we commence services. We will not sell, share or rent any financial information collected from you except as disclosed in this Privacy Policy or as necessary to fulfil any order for our products or services. Your information will not be retained on any digitally accessible files, although a paper merchant receipt will be retained from any PDQ type device that processes due payment.

Demographic or personal Information: 
We do not collect and therefore store anonymous demographic or sensitive date from our web site.

Our website DOES NOT use “cookies”. Cookies are text files which are commonly deposited by websites on a user's hard drive when the user visits a website. The file identifies a user's computer and can record the user's preferences and other data about the user's website visit.

Telephone Recording and Monitoring: 
Larvin & Clegg does not monitor telephone conversations. We do reserve the right to amend this policy in the future if deemed necessary, and to improve the service offered to our clients.

From time to time, Larvin & Clegg may use your personal information to contact you by electronic mail concerning our services. These communications are only intended to inform you of important information regarding specific details surrounding funeral services provided by Larvin & Clegg and/or its affiliates such as clergy or celebrants. By engaging our services you agree that we have permission to forward relevant information via electronic mail.
In order to fulfil our service obligations to you, we will continue to send you emails regarding your account administration, such as in relation to any outstanding debts. By providing us with your email address you consent to receiving communications from us electronically and all notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Protection of Larvin & Clegg and Others
We may release account and other personal information when we are required to do so by law, court order, subpoena or other government or law enforcement authority or regulatory agency, including ICANN, in order to enforce or apply our Services Agreement or other agreements, or when we believe in good faith that disclosing this information is necessary or advisable, including for example, to protect the rights, property, or safety of Larvin & Clegg, our users, or others. How Long We Keep Your Personal Data
We keep information only for as long as we need it to provide you services, manage our business or as required by law. We follow the rules of conduct of G.D.P.R and will destroy all information held on paper files within 7 years of completion of our services.  The only exclusion to this policy may be where a paper copy of a pre-paid funeral plan is in place.

We work to protect the security of your financial information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL") software, which encrypts the information you input on the Site. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure and we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You can further help to ensure your security by taking a few simple precautions. For instance, it is important to protect against unauthorised access to your computer, and to be sure to sign off when you are finished using a shared computer.
